Processing time

Orders are typically packed and handed to our shipping partner within [1–2 business days] of payment confirmation. You'll get an email once your order ships, with a tracking link.

Delivery partners

We ship pan-India via Shiprocket's courier network. The specific courier assigned to your order depends on your pincode and is chosen automatically for the fastest reliable delivery to your area.

Delivery timelines

Estimated delivery is [3–7 business days] from the date of shipping, depending on your location. Remote or non-serviceable pincodes may take longer. These are estimates, not guarantees — delays can happen due to courier network issues, weather, or other factors outside our control.

Shipping charges

• Orders of 5 badges or more: free shipping
• Orders of 10 badges or more: free shipping + 10% off your pack
• Orders under 5 badges: a flat ₹49 shipping fee applies

Tracking your order

Once shipped, you'll receive an email with your tracking link. You can also see your order status on the My Account page if you're logged in.

Failed or delayed delivery

If a delivery attempt fails (e.g. no one available to receive it, incorrect address), the courier will typically attempt redelivery. If an order is returned to us as undeliverable, we'll contact you to arrange reshipment (additional shipping charges may apply) or a refund minus original shipping costs.
